Cookies

You must have cookies and java enabled on your browser in order to access the Registration/Login page and the Ecommerce Store.

To enable cookes in Internet Explorer:

  1. on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  2. On the Privacy tab, move the slider up for a higher level of privacy or down for a lower level of privacy. You must be on Medium-High or lower to use the login/registration page.


To enable cookes in Netscape Navigator you can specify how cookies should be handled by setting your Cookies preferences. The default setting is "Enable all cookies".

To change your Cookies preferences:

  1. Open the Edit menu and choose Preferences.
  2. Under the Privacy & Security category, click Cookies. (If no subcategories are visible, double-click Privacy & Security to expand the list.)
  3. Set your Cookies preferences.

Passwords

Our login system is case-sensitive, so 's' is not the same as 'S'.

Copying a password from an email can accidentally include a blank space before or after the word. The addition of a blank space will make the login fail: 'shs45 ' is not the same as 'shs45'.

Please note:
If you have forgotten your password, you can always have another sent to you from the Register/Login page.

Login

If you've already created a personal profile, you will need to enter your email address and password. Push the "Login" button and you will then be taken to the "Profile" page where you can update any of your personal information.

New Account

Enter your first name, last name, street address, city, county and e-mail address. Associate a password with your account and make sure you write your password down somewhere so that you remember it the next time you come to the site. Finally, please indicate that you are over 13, agree with the terms and conditions and how you have heard of Magellan, and hit "Submit."

Your Products

To register a product choose the product name from the pulldown menu and click on the "Submit" button. Fill in the product serial number, date of purchase, where you purchased the product and the retail price. The survey is optional. Then click the "submit" button at the bottom.

Change Password

Enter your new passord, confirm the password and push the "Change Password" button. Make sure you write down your new password somewhere so that you remember it the next time you come to the site.
